Since my products are personalized, I cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the tumbler will need to be sent back, and will either be fixed or replaced. I strive to work with you to get exactly what you want, but I need your help too. If ordering a customized product please be aware that I will need to chat with you thru the initial phase by email.
Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours.
The design on each item is done by hand. Since each product is made to order and one at a time there may be slight variations in design based upon the picture you see. Hey, that means you now own a one-of-a kind piece of art work!!!
